Like up in Wilkes Barre Carl. It's called "Auto World" and it is huge. I don't know if this is a dealer or aftermarket shop that is going to install hand controls on the car for a customer. I'll let you know where it's at when I find out.
A little more than an inch and still snowing:eek:. Starting to lie on the walkways and edges of the road. Glad I'm not driving today with all the peeps that are running out for bread, toilet paper and milk:rofl:.

It will happen Carl. I just do not want to undergo surgery. For us old geezers slowing down in life is a real challenge.

Back pain is really tough to deal with. You need to let others do the heavy work and do only what you can. Driving for distances isn't really good for the back unless you have heated seats, that helps a lot. I had problems with my knee and had shots of some stuff and so far it's doing good. Some miniscus(sp) damage but the main problem is our buddy Arti Ritus :(:). Congrats on the son Graduating in May. What are his plans for the future?

"Getting old ain't for sissies", might be some truth to that!
Found out that if I take the wallet out of the back pocket when going on longer trips it helps a little, my back is not the best but nowhere near as bad as yours. Thankfully mine has stayed about the same for the last 40 yrs., little achy here and there, but so far hasn't gotten any worse except for the 2 times it went haywire and caused a lot of pain for a few weeks both times.
Like you, surgery would be my last option.

 We got about 4" of wet heavy stuff. I just came in from moving some of it so the sun can do its thing on the rest.

Now I'm starting the taxes. :censored: Not my favorite job.

I like the sound of driving for a dealer when I finally retire. There's also a rental outfit around here that delivers cars to homes and repair facilities, they need drivers too. I like driving and it would give me a variety of vehicles to drive + it would keep me up with all the tech they're putting in them these days. I'm falling behind on that front!

WHAT! Isn't the starter button still on the floor, and where is the choke knob? :D
Think my moms 47 Plymouth had both, plus it was 3 on the tree! :facepalm:Give that to one of the millennials and they would be scratching their head, it would be funny to watch them try to figure it out!

    Morning all :hattip:.

Still haven't found out where I'm going Monday morning Carl. All I did find out was the installer is putting a left foot accelerator pedal and spinner knob on the left side of the steering wheel for the customer. It should be a real hoot driving back to the dealer. Do you know of any installers up that way that does installations of handicap equipment?

    Morning all:
I don't know of any installers of that equipment. The one guy I knew had it on his van, supposedly it malfunctioned and he crashed the van! Another guy I know has used it for years, but I haven't seen him in a long time.
I would think it's just "FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS" to install it, maybe not.

Morning yall. Nice weekend here, no rain. Think I'll head to Lassen Volcanic NP on Monday for a overnight snow trip, taking one of my rare stoves, a KAP Arctic stove, neat setup. Windscreen similar to a Trangia alcohol stove setup. This uses kerosene, remote fuel bottle. Pot sets in the supports around the side.

    Afternoon all:
One good thing about your hobby Duane, I bet if they don't work when you need them you know how to fix them!
Bet on your hiking trips you see a lot of beautiful things nature has to offer. I know just from stumbling around the local area while hunting and fishing, there are really neat scenic things that the average person will never see. Nothing like out West and the National parks, but some cool stuff that mother nature has provided.
The one area I fish for walleyes is in a NP, beautiful section of the river, they were planning on putting a dam (Tocks Island) across the river just below it that would have destroyed one of the most scenic parts of the river. At least for now that's been put on hold and supposedly won't happen, but that could change.

Morning Mike, reset all the house clocks last night but my internal clock didn't reset. How are you doing with the cold?

    Not so good.
Wind chills about 15 below yesterday. Hi winds. Very raw.
Nor Easter coming. 12 to 20" starting Tuesday. My late night to work. My buddy is not in town so the garage will need to be looked at and snow cleared if I can even get out.
Going to be a very bad week....

Morning all!! I love the stove, Duane.....but I think I'll enjoy it from the warmth of the house!

Not looking forward to the projected Nor'easter this Monday/Tuesday - projections right now are 5 to 12 inches of snow. I am ready to open the pool, not this crap.

I'm in full blown spring fever mode now. This is not helping.
plus this cold is unrelenting. Can't make a case for global warming around here this week.

Nice picture Mark. I wonder if we'll bypass spring and go right into summer because of the weather we have been having?
