Today I went in to work for a couple of hours to install my JBA upper control arms and do an alignment.

On the alignment, I ended up with:
    • Toe @ 0 both sides
    • Camber @ 0 both sides
    • Caster @ 3.3 both sides

Any suggestions on which oil to switch to, from Royal Purple? Stuff gets really expensive to put in every few days..

How much did you pay for it? Is it easy to install?

oh no! that's no fun man, buddy I work with is dealing with the same thing on his Colorado, he had one cylinder running rough, did a compression test and he had second stoke compression on the first stroke cuz the oil in there. then he did a leak down test to determine if it was bad head gasket or bad rings. long story short he has to rebuild his head lol not a small job, its gotten pretty bad, he has to top off the oil after every time he drives it. Good luck with your endeavor!
