Well they just started a program for the panhandlers to get work.
They are pan handling next to signs that say help wanted.
There is work to be had. Further north mills are shutting down. Paper mills should have seen it coming.
They needed to diversify.

So I'm lost at starting power for scooter. I would think like 4 D cell batteries would be ok..

If I remember right you said the stripes are going.
That's good. Bent stripes look like shit On a scoop.

 

I can't do lead. It's all up under the seat, behind the abs hoo-haw and the tip sensor and some real important looking electrical doo-dad sits on a mount on top of the battery. Vapors would just eat everything up. I may do an online purchase if the shipping is cheap/free.

 

I was never able to get rid of stripes when I was doing body work. Sanded to metal, primered, block sanded, etc. Still saw an outline. Must've been the adhesives. Never sanded down painted stripes.

 

I've always had good luck with Yuasa batteries when I can find'em.
