Looks like it turned out great! Was it plenty juicy??
Next time, smoke it breast up. That helps it retain juices.

Good! Just FYI...I use that brine for everything, pork loin, turkey, butts, and chicken breast.
    Loin-2-3hrs brine time
    butts- 4hrs " "
    Chicken breasts-1.5hrs " "

One of my family's favorites is smoked boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
    Brine 1.5hrs
    shake on Cavender's Greek Seasoning
cover with a thick layer of squirt butter
    then, shake on lemon pepper
    Smoke @ 225 till 160 internal

I assume that you have a good internal temp thermometer??
    I have a ThermaPen...it's fantastic.
I cook NOTHING on a time schedule, only internal temps.

    Howdy! :hattip:

Back from Scout Camping the past two nights, lol. Friday night was extremely windy- and cold. Have chapped face, chapped hands- and chapped ass.

Put my gear in truck bed early this AM- had about a 1.5" of snow:

Several hours later as we were leaving:
