@Sandtaco @uhplifted looks like fun, sorry I couldn't make it and had to bail last minute this morning. Woke up to find my indoor cat had pushed the screen off the window and went outside, haven't been able to find him despite looking all day :( I put signs up around the neighborhood so best I can do now is just wait and see. Lots of coyotes in this area so I'm not very optimistic...that little furball and I have been through a lot together. Sucks.

My g/f and I are headed up to Rowher now to see the sunset/stars if anyone wants to go in on a last minute evening run...probably be at the Sierra Highway entrance in about an hour

There wasn't a ton but enough for me to get stuck and need to winch out twice lol. If it continues to stay warm I can't imagine you having to deal with toooo much.

It was super slippery and I just couldn't get enough traction. I sunk down really bad after misjudging the snow depth in this spot

Yeah I feel ya, after the last set of big snow storms I tried to drive north out of Fawnskin, I made it less than 10ft before I was high centered on 24in of packed/wet snow. Had to side winch myself to get back to a plowed area. :anonymous:

Haha yeah it was a blast. We did Gold Mountain today it was a lot of fun!!

Hahaha same deal. Luckily there was a nice big tree directly in front of us about 70 feet and it made for a real nice anchor! I haven't had to use my winch for a self recovery ever before believe it or not and I was stoked that it worked as well as it did.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
    Nothin' a tow strap and 4L can't fix. It's just a chain.

Thanks Chris, I came back just now from Rowher and guess who was sitting out by my front door, meowing like nothing was wrong...that fuckin' fuzzy asshole.

Just goes to show, there's no problem that a little wheeling can't fix

Yeah I'm liking them so far, no complaints as far as the drive, but the front is lower now, so I'm really fighting the urge to go and at least just buy the front suspension to level it all out

I was going to post "I hope he comes back" and all that. Glad he's home safe! I had two cats growing up (one mine, one my brothers) but they would be out during the day, in and night. Plenty of times when one or both would stay out all night. It always worried us, but they'd always turn up. Madison and I adopted two kittens, they're both indoor at this point and hope they don't get too much of a taste of outside to want to run out.

The way I see it, everyone coming has essentially the same mind set. It's going to be a great time! Hopefully there aren't any/many going with the mind set of burning man haha.

Hey guys, I have tomorrow off from work and will be hosting a open house for mods. If anyone would like to come over to hang out and or work on their rig Is more than welcome. Parking will not be an issue I have plenty of space. I have a good amount of tools but if someone wanted to do suspension or rear end work an extra jack is helpful but not Necessary. I'll be working on my bed liner. Shoot me a pm or text I'll be starting around 10 and you can come over when ever. No stress
