    Yep, smoking meat is pretty easy. The key is to not rush it. Good smoked meat takes time.

    2x corned beef and cabbage. Braised the corned beef with Southern Tiers 2xIPA. If you are an ipa fan I recommend giving it a try.20170312_200556.jpg

    Those are tie down straps and not recovery straps. I ran them when I used to tow my XJ and YJ.

    Like most other things, you can do it cheaply or as expensive as you like. I have a Big Green Egg, which ain't cheap, but they also never burn out and never have to be replaced, unless you break it somehow. And I dare say nothing works better. Of course, that is a matter of opinion.
