    What kind of sand paper did you use? Do you have a pic of them when you were done sanding before you started painting?

    hey man, do you knwo what bit i need that cuts through material (wood, plastic) not the wheels or disks, but the drill looking bit that (for example) drill into a piece of, and you move sideways to cut?

    my intentions, ( in the head for now) are to possibly make a box for speakers, i would need to cut a round hole, is it recommended tohave a router attachtment or whatever its called

    Mike cut the rings for the fiberglass subwoofer boxes I'm making with a plunge router. Seemed to work very well.

    i dotn know what a plunge router is, but if it means i take a plunger and a router and duct tape them together, i am set !!!! r u guys comin up to dave's mini mod/meet bbq in march?

    If you know what you need and have the measurements from the speakers, bring the MDF boards to the mod day and I'll bring my router, extension cord, and circle cutting jig.

    I'll also bring a backing board, drill, and necessary drill bits to make everything work properly.
