Front (2.75" total): 1.6" Eibach coils, Toytec 0.5" (L) & 0.25" (R) top plate spacers, 5100's @ 0.85", Built Right uniball UCA's, Differential drop, Removed sway bar Rear: TSB springs, Wheeler's 1.5" AAL, 5100's, 2* shims, Carrier bearing drop, F and R Spidertrax, 285/75-16 Goodyear Duratracs, Self-fabbed sliders, rear bumper, and skid plates, Cobra 75 CB, Bed lined slim lo-pro tool box, Bed Extender, Diff breather mod, Two tail gate security mods, Exhaust dumped behind axle, Can't leave shit alone so plenty more coming...
VERY similar to what I have.

Front: Eibach 1.6" coils, 5100's at 0.85", 1/2" top plate on driver's side, 1/4" top plate spacer on Passenger side = settled to a perfect 2.75" lift on each side.

Rear: TSB with Wheeler's Off Road 1.5" AAL

Works beautifully, drives nice and wheels well with decent flex.

Yes, I do have TSB leaves plus the 1.5" AAL. I thought I was going to need UCA's but they were able to align it as is. It drives fine and doesn't wander on the highway. I'll eventually get some anyway for more suspension travel but it's not an immediate necessity.

Yep, 1.25" Spidertrax, stock alloy rims and 285/75/16 (33")tires. If you hover over the blue "TRD Off Road 4x4" icon under my name, it lists my mods. There is also several pictures in my gallery.

I can't afford them yet either but I'll get then eventually. Other things I want to buy first. Damn UCA's are a rip off. A little u-shaped arm with a few bushings basically matches the cost of my whole aftermarket suspension.

I got the LR UCA's from fat bobs garage for like 379. They allow me to run 285's on stock rims with absolutely no problems at all. At first I was going to pick up the spidertrax, but the cost of 2 sets was damn near the cost of the UCA.

I have this set up (non-tsb)... 1.6" Eibach coils, Bilstein 5100's set @ "0" and the add-a-leaf( 1.75" I think). Purchased through Toytec.com during a group buy about 3-4 months ago.

But if you're looking for 3", maybe consider the OME set up @ Toytec.com.

"How is the ride with this compareds to stock?

The ride is great. It's a little firmer than stock... not as "squishy".
I can't find the alignment printout but all settings were in spec.

"wmb do you have new uca's?"

I do not have new uca's. Though I may purchase them in the future. Alignment was put into spec range. The shop couldn't get them to the "ideal" setting, but safely into spec range. I wish I could find the alignment printout #'s and quote you some real numbers.

Like I mentioned above, I may pic up ucas in the future, even if I don't truly "need" them, because I would prefer the specs be set a the "ideal" settings.

I do have a slight shudder/vibration@ ~3-6 mph and ~24-28 mph. I just have not had the time or the weather to really diagnose/solve the vibe.

Overall, I'm very happy with this set up.
