Far as I know, Everett is still breaking off the crew toward Murray after we meet up in E-town. I won't be meeting up with anyone until E-town unless it's happenstance

 

I just ordered a couple extra memory cards for my dash cam, so I can record more of the wheeling. I discovered yesterday that 1080p @60fps on a 64 gb card only gets about 4-5 hours of recording.

 

yep, I got 2 64gb cards and am bringing a 2tb hard drive with me to empty them in to as they get full. Plan on taking a ton of video and just pulling out the good stuff

 

how are you going to transfer to the hard drive?

 

my tablet has a usb port

 

so really, if any one else runs out of room I have about 700gb free on the HD

I'm likely in on the Nashville group for Thursday. I was going to just leave from the office near the airport, but I now have to pickup a buddy of mine in Franklin who wants to go. I may just take the day off because I know I can't get there and back by 2-3pm. We were going to go the back way up through Dickson to avoid Nashville traffic if leaving late in the day but if a group wants to depart by 3pm or even earlier in the day as Kerleyfries mentioned then we can meet up with you guys.

Post up if you're in for a Nashville departure on Thursday and we can see what we can put together for a meetup place and time.

Also what route does everyone want to take? I-24 to Clarksville and cut over west to LBL, or I-40 to Dickson then north on back roads?

Good deal. I may need to borrow that to transfer others video as well. My harddrive is set up on a mac so ill bring a couple other memory cards to transfer some stuff from other peoples cards if that's cool

 

ya, no worries. Depending on size, retrieving them from me after the meet may be a pita. Drop box a few vids at a time or something, but I'm game.

 

I think I am going to mount gopro in the windshield and my phone in the rear window so I can video people behind me too
