It would suck to have such a shitty life that tattling on others who are doing no harm to anyone becomes your fun activity.

From what I gather this dude wants the leasing office to put a water restriction on his upstairs neighbors because the guy takes showers at 2 in the morning. And you can barely hear when people do here. Its not like the walls are thin paper

Yea apartment garages that are separate from the apartment. He just doesnt want me to work out of one. But Im pretty reasonable. I wont work earlier than 9 and I dont work past 7ish. I guess he told the leasing office that "its in the contract to not work in your garage so he needs to go". Like Aero said, this dude aint got nothing better to do.

Time to read your lease and report him for having 47 cats... Just guessing that he might.

I don't understand people like this. They should mind there own business when it comes to stupid stuff. my only guess why they would have something like that in the lease is incase you cause some damage or fire or spill that could affected the other units. same thing goes for HOA's I will do my very best to never live in a place with an HOA.

Yeah there's definitely a reason to have that clause in there... For morons who would drain oil and just let it run into the parking lot or work all night.

And unfortunately if some jackass like this reports it... The property managers hands are kind of tied since of they don't say something, their boss who gives zero fucks about people now has a reason to fire them.

The world would be such a better place if people would just mind their own business...
