Tis true.. In my defense though. I haven't broken anything really. Not yet. Haha.

I would need side tabs welded on to handle my dual shocks behind the coilovers.

Their location is a bit off is what my concern is. You saw it when I had them welded on. Nothing that can't be done, but still. Definitely worth the mention.

Yea I don't make kits for a living either.... It's all custom, hate doing production work, like I'd make the arms without any tabs on em, then put em on your truck and locate them accordingly

Thats exactly why I'm going with the 190, because I originally wanted the 140 and figured that would be fine. I'll never be doing big enough stuff to warrant the 212, and by the time I'm proficient enough to even think about needing that mich welder I'll just buy it then lol. First project will probably a cart for the welder and then a weld/work bench in the garage

Not a whole lot going on lately. I haven't wheeled much if at all due to the sheet metal on my front end radiator support imploding and I don't want to exacerbate it as is my daily driver. Slow build for now just doing what I can when I can.

I did, however, just pick up a set of TC bed stiffeners so I can obtain some extra sheet metal strength at the bed. I don't want them cracking, plus the additional antenna mounting point will be much welcomed.

These are NOT in my possession and they are NOT on my truck:

I also will be picking up a polyurethane transmission mount from @DTFtacoma and all related gussets with hardware to compliment and support my polyurethane engine mounts. Like I said, slow build.

Hey @Basikbiker where do you live? Any chance I'd be able to get you to fab up a new radiator support and fender supports for me? IDK how long it would take to do if you could do something like that, that's the only thing.

All good man. Got any local suggestions on who does reasonably priced fab work? Jerry is really expensive. Does great work, but I also think he is bogged down with other projects as well.

I tell that to pretty much everyone, but most are just to pansy to get one and learn, it's just practice

That would be I who would be the pansy. Hahaha.

I have tried it before. It is an art that is only acquired through experience which turns into skill. I definitely see why they charge so much for quality work.

This would be me also. :D

Jumping back into this for some much needed rehauling. I have had a shift flare from 4-5 for a while at random times, but have not had the guts to do anything about it, because I hate working with fluids, especially all the tranny fluid. Of course this is something I needed to do, because of the fact that if you allow 4-5 shift up flare to occur too long, you will eventually burn out your trans clutches. I finally worked up the personal courage to remove and rehaul my valve body today. It was my first major transmission job messing with the internals. Cost me about $46 for the kit and the transmission's new behavior is like night and day! It handles the blowers power SO much better now, shifts are firm, yet smooth, and my shift flare is now all gone. Well worth the work!
