    So any of you guys that dont have a spanner wrench, I got a punch set at harbor freight it was in a pack of like 5 different sizes for around $8 and worked perfect. When i did mine i used some wd40 on the threads. and set ur LCA/LBJ on a jackstand it raises your UCA so you have more room for adjustment.

    Ok thanks @DaveInDenver was entertaining the idea
    Of 14" springs at one point. I guess all the extra thread on the fox's was throwing me off. Seeing Tacoma's with kings or icons higher and with only like 1" of thread. Truck looks good by the way. Thanks for the picture

    I don't believe there's any reason to worry about the collar position, anywhere it's threaded is I believe safe. The reason I went with 14" springs is 13" is not a typical length so 14" was the only option. You don't want the length and rate so high that the spring collar is at the top of the threads either and you certainly don't want the coils to bind. So longer is better than than shorter as long as it fits. I'm not sure a 14", 700 lb spring would have worked for me since I'm almost topped out on the passenger side as it is.
