Installed the supplied spacers above the front skid plate on the bolts.

The front skid is fine, but I also added t-case and trans skids and currently have a clearance issue with the stock exhaust. I think some extra spacers there should fix it, but right now I'm getting noise from vibration of the exhaust pipe on the skid plate.

Gotta rerouted the exhaust bro, pelfreybilt transfer case comes in stock and custom exhaust but others I think all require modification

RCI has both options, I ordered the stock exhaust option so I thought it would work. It almost clears the exhaust, just needs about 1/2 inch or so more room.

I'd like to know this too as I am in the process of extracting a bolt to get my new RCI front skid on.

I heard a rumor about the bp-51s that is that the shocks are to short, there drop down isn't very good. Is that true in your experience? and do you have photos of your truck flexing out?

Did some traveling and wasn't working on my truck much for the past few months.

Back to it. RFRM wiring finished. Getting wired up to switches with an Iggy panel.

    More to come soon.

Got some electrical work in my truck done over the weekend.

Wired up connectors for the 40 wires in and out of the Bussmann relay/fuse box. Amphenal AT series connectors for the 14 awg and larger wire, Molex MX150 for the 18 awg and smaller wire.

Took apart the center console and added a 4 socket power port to the back of it so I can charge everything in the back seat. The switch is wired in first so when it is turned off there should be no parasitic power draw. Dual outlet 4.2A USB charge ports. I got tired of unreliable cigarette lighter 12v ports so I converted one of them to an XT60 plug. I've modified some of my chargers to use XT60 connectors, they stay securely connected through bumpy terrain.

Ran the wiring for this under the shifter and center console. Nice and clean.

I would have to agree, more down travel would be a huge plus. The BP-51 dampening is great but they are not extended travel. I have noticed it a lot with the rear shocks, this is about the max drop I can get out of them:

Got my dual battery system in. I saw the slim aluminum tiedowns that @HeliMedic at OGE is now offering and had to grab a set of his trays. Quality is top notch. Install was easy, aux tray bolted right in:

Driver side ACR Mount just sits sandwiched between the battery and the fender platform, no bolts required:

I already had a Blue Sea ML-ACR lying around and I prefer to make my own cables, so I got some 2 gauge EWCS Welding cable, high temp sleeving, tinned lugs, 1/2" Ancor Marine Grade Heat Shrink, and some battery fuses to complete the install.

Aux fuse/relay box is connected to the second battery so lights and accessories can run without worry of draining the starting battery.

Long overdue shot of new silver painted Bushwhackers:

    20171113_152336-ps.jpg

Also finally got round to extending the factory starter battery cable so I I could switch to a military style terminal on the main battery +12v side.

Used a tinned copper 2awg non-insulated butt connector, crimped on and covered with marine grade adhesive lined heat shrink and new high temp black loom. Was a little tricky to get the huge crimper in there to crimp this without removing the starter cable. I removed the battery instead and managed to get it done.

Currently installing ARB Twin compressor on Slee mount. This is a nice mount and fairly straightforward install, but the stainless air line they provide with the kit is too short for the moisture separator I added to the air locker manifold. It does reach, but barely. Even without the moisture separator it's too tight for my liking. I'll be on the hunt for a new longer leader line to replace it, maybe with a larger inside diameter as well.

Also going to look for a dust cap for the air chuck, until I end up adding an air tank later.

I know, my engine bay is dirty. Been hitting some fun trails recently and can't seem to keep it clean.
