Wife's old co-workers got us a gift card to Killens....thought that was thoughtful since we were in Commiefornia.

 

Bonus kids coming to visit next week! Anything exciting we should do with them??? They're 20 and 16. And NO, she's not available!!

Rodeo. That's all I know. But then again, I'm pretty boring

 

Everyone keeps telling me rodeo! Guess we'll just bite the bullet and check it out! Boots mandatory??

I'm a California boy.....flip flops when I don't have to wear those damn safety toe shoes!

 

Sound's like me. Boots not mandatory, but if you want to fit in..... boot aND wranglers!

Dress comfortably(everyone hates a fake cowboy)and don't over pay for concert tickets if you decide to go to one of the shows. The rodeo carnival and food could entertain you for an afternoon/night easy. There's also a Schlitterban way down south in Galveston if y'all wanted to do a water park.

 

If anything, I wanna see that crazy cowboy shit....with the cows and steers and all. Pardon the Cali boy here.

Galveston?? Haven't heard too great things about it??

Don't care to walk around at a carnival for sure. But well, I'm sure the wife will override me.

 

Btw, the only one I wanted to see was Chris Stapleton! But work.

 

Galveston beaches aren't amazing but I enjoy going to the Strand every now and then and like I said they have a water park.
