okay I've seen a post regarding a driveline vibration. My vin# doesn't match the tsb so I hope I'm good. BUT... I do feel a small vibration before coming to a complete stop. Wondering if anybody else feels that?

Does it feel like your going over rumble strips or washboard when coming to a stop?

If you suspect driveline vibration then get real familiar with this thread...it's a sticky.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/oh-no-tsb-0171-16-driveline-vibration.463992/#post-13830423

As far as whether your trucks vin matches or not doesn't mean much. It means that either your looking at an old bulletin as they update them frequently OR your trucks vin has not been identified as having the issue yet. IF your truck doesn't fit the TSB then it could potentially still have the problem but good luck getting them to perform it on your vehicle as Toyota only reimburses dealers that perform TSBs on applicable vehicles.
First things first call and schedule an appointment and bring that TSB with you. See what they say the issue is...hopefully it's not the "copy/paste" answer of " normal characteristic of vehicle "
