The color of the lens really doesn't change the color much for the back light feature. You will notice the Amber backlight feature with the Amber Lens, it just won't stand out as much as a clear lens would.

 

That's weird.. I just saw them on your website with Amber covers. The exact lights that I have. They are the Squadron Sport R series SKU 587813.

So how do I get a pair of Amber covers that already exist on the web site? I have clear lenses now. Just wanted ambers.

 

@Baja Designs .....do the 587801 require the wiring kit or are they direct connect to factory connection?? these are going in a palfrey bumper.

 

At this time the only Amber Rock Guards for the Squadron Series are for Square Bezel models only. They will NOT fit the Squadron-R (Round Bezel)

Since you have the Squadron-R with round bezel, the only option at this time is to purchase an Amber Lens Kit for a color/pattern change:

I understand about the bezel. I misspoke when I previously asked for Amber covers. I need the Amber lenses in wide cornering for a pair of Squadron R Sports that are in my AllPro bumper that I use as fog lights. They are on your website. You can get the same pair that I have with Amber LENSES. I have the lights I would just like to change the LENSES from clear to Amber. Please someone correct me if I am not using the correct verbage. I was going to just use yellow Laminex but I would prefer to do this right the first time without regrets. Thank you in advance.

 

I hope this doesn't come across as dismissive but if you take a couple minutes to call and ask for Bailey you will be sorted out and have what you need heading your way. I've spoken with him on the phone twice and he was nothing short of awesome when it came to helping me.

I just installed BD S2 Pro lights on my rear bumper over the weekend. These things are bright!

Using the provided wiring harness is it possible to the squadron sports to a switch like this one?

Yep! Definitely possible. You will have to change the connection or possibly solder to have our harness meet the switch leads. Wouldn't be difficult at all!

Wow, lots of info on all these threads. So I too am also looking for some replacement fogs to be used on the street that will throw more light and be useful on and off road. Sometimes I don't realize i have the stock ones on. I like the plug and play Squadron-R Sport, Pair Wide Cornering. Would this be all I would need to be plug and play with my stock switch? Do I also need the mounting kit ? What else do you recommend?
