Here is my outlook for the day. Had to work in the bad weather until noon, then had to snowblow the driveway. It's beer time now!

Depending on what you paid for that 12oz'er bottle i'd sit on it for a bit. You'll be even more psyched personally in my opinion.

You're drinking out of a mason jar? You cray.

Also, don't listen to Ron, drink that Bomb! Or don't. The coffee flavor dies out pretty good. I just had one I had been sitting on for a while. I regret. Still was a good brew though regardless of age.

That is what I hear. Should I have not put it in the fridge to do that?
Maybe I'll go get another one to store.

55 degrees is what you want to properly cellar. So no, don't put it in the fridge, it won't age. I don't have a cellar, so I keep my beers to age in a box in the back of my closet.

You know, I was thinking about getting some appropriate glassware for my beer.
What would be best to drink a sour out of?

Good choice. Hmm let me check the pics on my phone and see if I can find my sour glass. If not, a wine glass is probably your next best choice for a sour. Long stems are nice for sours so you don't warm it up every time you pick it up.

    Excellent idea
