Yeah, but I've been lifting/training etc since I was 17, did push ups, pull ups, and sit ups before that tho.. Thru the years there's been down time due to injuries/surgeries etc.. But, I normally stay 7-8% bf @ 165-180 range yr round past couple years, I'm 5'7". But was staying 5.9% @ 172ish year round before couple surgeries couple years ago.. So it's been progressive. But I wasn't in bad shape early 20's, better than these SnapChatters :D

I'm in better shape now than my 20s. I give the credit to my wife though. She's an athlete and a badass so she's motivation to get up and work out every morning (trying to keep up!).

I figure if I have enough discipline to do this in my 30s with young kids I can keep it up for the long haul.

 Keep it up bro, don't ever give up..That's awesome your wife is into it, that's a big help.. I know some guys who put a lot of effort into being fit and their wives are slobs. That would be discouraging. My goal is being in the best shape I can for my self first and as added bonus the female gets the benefit:D... I'm single tho, so no wife for me.

You look and see guys well into their 50's even 60s that never gave up, and some of them look like they have the body of a fit 20/30 something.. I try and keep that in my mind too.
I think most people are new years resolutionist and give up after a couple months bc they didn't reach their summer goal.. That's not how it works, it's a life time commitment.

But there's been times after injury/surgery and being out for a while, losing tons of strength and muscle etc, basically feeling like your at ground zero again, that sucks.

I swim with a guy who just turned 75. Total stud. I barely keep up with him on nonfree sets.

    Life goals.

    Werd..
Swimming could very well be the best exercise period.. Don't know how good of a swimmer you are..
But I can tell you, if you tire out with a certain stroke.. Learn the combat swimmer stroke, you'll be good to go, get it down and build your endurance you can swim for quite a while. Or side stroke.

    I'll have to try that.

I do masters swimming 3-4 days a week. I started club swimming when I was really young and just never stopped. Other days I run.

You might try swimming at least a little. If your prone to injury it's a pretty good low impact actively. Or a good off day cardio workout.

    Cool.

Oh I've swam my fare share:D That's why I was sharing those strokes/vids with you.. I love the water.

I believe I may recommend side stroke first if your tired and needing to breath... At least give you something different to try.

I swear I remember an episode where one of the girls was getting out of the pool and her tits almost fell out. If only I had a DVR back then.

I don't know, or if I wanna be normal, normal bores me.. Im going for greatness.. Most people can't hang with me, so maybe I'm not normal.

What about you and your buddies around the campfire?
