    I'd rather be doing paperwork. Before my engineering gig starts I'm working retail in town; started a new position today since my old store is closing. Woman on the phone calls the store to complain about me "getting an attitude" when I couldn't find the extremely vague thing she was asking for. No, I don't just automatically know what which kayak you're looking at online when all you say is "I see it online right now".
