I don't follow the eating plan exactly. The one thing to look out for with this program is actually undereating. The workouts can be brutal and if u don't have the glycogen stores your gonna feel like shit. If your trying to get totally shredded u really need to calc your calories and control your carb intake and eat lots of veggies. If u just want to get in shape then u can just eat 3 big meals balanced with pro carb fat and two healthy snacks. You should at least read the food list that is included and stick mostly to those.

Yeah, just make sure to download gbridge. Then add memario1214@gmail.com as a friend. I will then add you and then you can access my P90X file. Just as a side note, if you don't believe you can keep up when you start, you can't... Simple as that. Just think how great you will look and feel once it is all said and done! Stick it out for the first 3 weeks with us and then the hard part is over. By then you will realize what you are up against and you will more than likely have switched up your schedule to accomodate this as well. It is a great program and I highly recommend you give it a legitimate try if you are serious about better health. You also have all of us around you that will be here for support the entire way. I know I at least will be!

Okay, I won't be off of work until 11 (Mountain time) tonight. I will add any pending friends when I get home. The P90X file is in my secure share folder. If the download is slow, don't worry too much. My internet out here in the sticks is slow and the whole folder is 16 gigs, so expect it to take a day or so...

I hope so Kris, this is what it is all about... Just out of curiosity, who is planning on starting on March 1 with me? Let us get a little list here so I can see who we got... Copy and paste the list then add your name.

I love P90X! I too have nearly puked doing his work out. I can no longer do the Plyometrics because of knee surgery though, (bummed)
It would be nice to work out with some people to help keep me accountable.

I've never heard of this. Is this not for someone who's a fatty and is looking to get back into working out? lol It's been a long time since I've exercised on a reg. basis but I need to start doing something again.

It's marketed towards those who are out of shape but if you're going to go at it full bore you really need to have a decent level of fitness before you start. I'd say being able to do 30 pushups and 30 situps and 3 to 5 pull ups is a good starting point. However, you can still pace yourself and gradually work up to the volume they do in the videos. For example, instead of doing 30 pushups per set, only do 10. Then each work out add 1 or 2 reps per set until you build up to your goal. I can't even get through all of Ab ripper X b/c it's crazy so I do like 15 reps per exercise instead of 25 and work up.
