Tiny master bedroom. It's actually supposed to be a "nursery" off of the master bedroom, which isn't very master-ish. Just slightly larger. Gave that one to the kids since we just sleep in this room. And hopefully some other stuff.

2nd coat tonight, bed goes back in Thursday, bunk bed comes out of the garage and goes back in the kids room, and family gets back from a socal trip on Friday. Domesticated way to spend my week alone.

I was expecting a coordinating wall color.

    Am disappointed.

Ha! I think my wife was thinking of this:

    IMG_7293.PNG.jpg

Which is a kids room. I'm just excited to not have our bed in the kids room anymore. Sick of waking up surrounded by stuffed animals.

Walls look a little yellow in the pic. Actually alabaster, which is one of the 532 shades of white to choose from.

I just moved the crib out of our room 2 weeks ago.

    19 months later.

    5 months before it's back..

Still sleeps in our bed, so I miss the additional storage the crib offered.

At 18 months my daughter had been in her own room/crib for many months. Then we moved........now at over 2 she refuses to sleep in her room and only in our bed. I got woken up at 2 am last night because I got kicked in the jaw by her.

She kept kicking me in the face last night also, so I just blocked myself with a pillow.

    Sigh.

Haha we just got a king a few months ago. Felt like I could sleep starfish if I wanted to. Now it's myself, wife, nearly 3 year old who always ends up perpendicular, and a newborn in a dock-a-tot. Add in a 55lb mutt and a flea bag who like to cuddle. And I'm usually the last to bed. Gotta fight for the right to sleep comfy lol

While on the subject of kids, at my daughters daycare there are notices currently on the board for pink eye and lice exposers. I think I need to quit my job and become mr mom to keep my kid healthy.

    Jesus.

I have a CA king, feel cramped with the 3 of us. Before we had a full size thanks to stubborn woman, and a queen before that.

Bailey used to sleep between my calves.

Looking forward to the whole crew in bed on a morning, but I'd really like it more if they ran into my room from their own.. :D

    SAME. PROBLEM.

Then you put her in a position like a normal human would sleep in, and as soon as your hands are off of them they roll right back sideways and are even more spread out.

    Never fails.

    I love it.

Which by the way, babysitter dropped that bomb on us this week- she decided to join the Air Force at the end of the month, so she's cancelling her babysitter services. Makes sense now why she's been burning a bunch of vacation days and taking days off the last 2 months lol

I am going to kick Kaiser in the vagina. Just got a bill for $4700 . We were there about 33 hours.

We were there for 4 days when my son was born and only had to pay $400.

    Something ain't right

I'll probably end up in the bunk bed. Maybe the camper.
