This was my problem. Quick vid of the vibrating at the bearing. Mine didn't even have much play in it like this one does, but replacing it fixed the issue for me.

it seems like that would be more of a speed issue.. My changes with rpms. The tone, the feel, everything. And its not a shake,, its an annoying hum, that changes with rpm according to load.

In one of the TSBs for driveline vibration they have you replace leaf springs and rear motor mount as well as check driveline angles. Rear motor mount is an updated part. I just ordered mine from dealer and i should have it installed next week. To clarify my problems are not speed sensitive or gear sensitive. They are strictly load sensitive and at 1800rpm up hill is the worst. Its like a drone sound and is felt in floor board and gas pedal.

Sounds pretty much what I got.. let me know what happens with that.. and how the install goes, and the part number and yatta yatta. I didn't know there was a rear motor mount honestly, just the two sides. Or it is the trans mount?

Pretty sure its the trans mount. Toyota just puts it under " RR Engine mount". Part no. for my v6 4wd is 12371-0P041

Received the part from the dealer today. Already installed it. Pretty easy, just 8 bolts. Just have to support and raise the transmission. Definitely Helped with the drone and most of the vibrations. Still have a little vibration especially at idle so i'm going to replace my front motor mounts as well. You may not need to touch the front mounts at all but im at 247k and they are showing age.

Dont know if its the best option. Part ran $120 at my dealer. After driving for a few hours after the mount im not sure its the problem. It vibrates less but feels like its just masking the problem. Im going to continue to try and figure out the issue. Next is to try disconnecting drive shafts and finding where the problem is. Ill keep you updated if you would like since im deffinately going to try and fix this.

+1 on the carrier bearing.....did mine recently,on my 09. First started kind of subtle and progressively got more intense over time. Reach under the truck and give the drive shaft a shake in the middle....

Truck only has 60k... shouldn't be having these issues already. Seems that carrier bearing would be speed sensitive, with no change at various RPM

any updates anyone? I did a some experimenting in and out of 4wd,, sometimes it almost seemed a little less noticeable in h4, but sometimes it didn't.. Honestly this seems transmission related, because it does nothing in neutral or park, Has to be under load.

If your drive line angles are not parallel then your CB will vibrate. in my case I installed a ome cb drop and it made it worse.then removed it. so I measured angles and installed proper shims under axle. vibe and drone are gone

I would change you cb and trans mount. I know you have low miles but there was a tsb on the trans mount. if you have any movement in your CB then it's time to replace

ordered a trans mount.. try that first and see what happens. I'm assuming its stiffer, allowing less movement. Some ways this makes sense if under load its allowing a shift and that thing in the middle may be vibrating against something... And being a heavier load in high gear, which is when it is most noticeable, causing the most shift. . We shall see
