Thanks for that. What is the difference between 13wl and 13wg. Also is the Wheelers brake lines required?

I used my original brake lines but the bolt did not thread in all the way so I grinded of a few threads and added some thicker brake line spacers. Works just fine! The top bolt was to long as well and I had to grind it down to. 06 tundra calipers.

13WL is for the bigger diameter rotor . You want that. I modofied my banjo bolt a little to make it work. 20161029_140401.jpg20161029_134910.jpg

Uh I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure you just need a 16" rim but I'm probably wrong

13WL is bigger and the better option due to that. No the wheelers line isn't but simplifies things, especially if you're going to go SS lines anyways

That's a quick write-up right there, I was going to do a full blown write up until I ran into a teeny tiny little problem :anonymous:

is the tundra upgrade just the front, or is there a way to get a 4 wheel disc on 2004 DC Pre Runner?

I agree, my Prerunner is the base model, with the painted bumpers. Both and kinda dented, so I searched for replacements, and found these chrome bumpers.

I thought about just leaving them chrome, but I would have to find a chrome grill and corners to match. I like the blacked out look better.

I'm into for under 250 I got the calipers used 50 bucks they had brand new pads in them amazingly so I took back the new ones and spent a little more on better rotors.

Scored some manual hubs/spindles,fenders,hood and front end for my in progress "F-Storm" build from a 97 standard cab 4x4 at a pick and pull junk yard. All for $180! Not sure why it was even junked unless the motor was blown. Tried to buy the whole cab and frame but they said no, because of the liability with the salvage title.

Anybody local hit me up for the where.204k on the truck. They want $59 for the near mint cond. doors although they aren't powered,$120 for the fr diff and $120 for the j shift transfer case. Half a mind to go pull them for spares as if I don't have enough parts hoarded!lol

F-Storm build will have a 98 cab ,97 front end going on a 01 TRD 5sp drivetrain with it's stepside bed. Complete dismantle frame off, prime and then paint with Hot Rot Desert Storm flat tan urethane paint. Will take awhile to do it right.

About $500. I got the rotors for $200, pads for $50, lines for $90 and calipers for $200 after the core return. Got mine at Napa

I have always wanted to see a 95.5-97 with a step side bed. The only downfall is fender flare options are limited.

Why didn't you grab the CV shafts too? I don't think you can run ADD CV shafts with manual hubs.

That was what I was suspecting. I just got back from a 4-day camping trip, drove a couple hundred miles, AC worked the whole time. I'll check it again see what it's doing now. I figure that trip would either break it in, or just break it.

    Thanks again.

Trail gear makes a kit or you could rock the full floater conversion from front range offroad.

Correct. Add CVS do not fit manual hub spindles.
