Added some bushwhacker fender flares and a TJM Stealth 9000 winch. Also finally took some photos of the front with the Pelfrybilt bumper.

 

Wow your build is really coming along! You probably saw my update to the other thread, but I pulled the trigger on the standard rear. Playing with the idea of trying 285's now.

 

Cool man let me know if you have any wobble issues. I'm curious to see if it's a common occurrence or not

 

Will do.. can't say I hadn't been forewarned hah. Was it a front to back or side to side wobble?

 

Fore and aft vibration. Towards the tail gate and away

 

Hopefully it's not something inherent of the Access cab and aerodynamics with a shell. We'll soon find out I guess - but at least I should be in good hands with PB if it is bad.

 

Any new "proper" photos? I'm thinking of last minute switching my order lol.

You ever get that rear bumper? Any wobble issues with it?

 

I ordered, last week it was roughly 14 weeks and I decided to change the order to high clearance at the last minute (from my understanding it hadn't been built yet anyways). So no issues related to wobble in my future.. maybe just resale haha.

 

You're going to like the high clearance. I'm glad I went that route

 

Gonna be doing the cutting soon. Did you remove your cap to take the measurement from the bed top, or did you just start a little under 1/2" below the taillight and use the overhang of the cap as your parallel point?

 

I didn't want to deal with taking the camper shell off and all that mess so I just measured a bit short and made multiple cuts. I think it took three for me to get it where I wanted. I was happy to spend a little more time to make short cuts and make sure to get it where I wanted it.

 

That'll likely be my approach. Did you spray the cuts down with rustoleum or something similar?

 

Yea I touched it up with some paint and then used the weather stripping on it as well.

No worries, I just did black. The black trim on the pyrite mica looks pretty good I think.

 

And what sort of adhesive for the weather stripping?
