    Looking at the BF-Goodrich all-terrain T/A KO.

    1. Does anyone have experience with these tires and how fast they wear?
    2. Do you guys have recommendations for good tires?

I used to run those on my Xterra for wheeling and they did fine. I switched to Wrangler MT/R's though since I wanted more aggressive offroad performance. But for what they are, the BFG's did well on road as well as off.

    Like, so many.
A lot of folks run the KO2s. I have Nitto Terra Grappler G2s and I'm very happy with them.

Had these on my previous F-150. after 15k miles, they still looked relatively new.

BFG KO2 are amazing. I haven't had any issues and I've driven across all types of crazy terrain. The Falken Wildpeak A/T3W are a slightly cheaper option that are newer but getting very popular.

Duratracs better in mud and snow than KO2 and have great on road manners as well.

I personally almost went with the Goodyear Duratracs for the mud advantage too. But supposedly they have weak sidewalls and get really noisy as they wear.

Never have had a problem with weak sidewalls here in AZ which is desert rocks mesquite thorns and cacti. I have seen complaints on this but never had the issue myself on two sets of tires.

How many miles can you expect to get out of a set of KO2s?

Have heard reports of 30k up to 50k. Many variable factors contribute to this.
