Its a scam. If you look youll find a bunch in that price range that say the same thing. I think they are just trying to get an email from you, then ethier give you a virus or sell your email.

Edit: Cant find them now but when I was looking for mine I found about 3 of them that said almost the exact same thing and had gmails like that and was crazy cheap. May just be a good deal.
