St Patrick's is just an excuse people use to go get wasted bar hopping or partying when that's what they were going to do anyway.

Nevermind. Such an ugly chapter. I'll stay at home with my American bourbon.

*British. That is a "Black and Tan" soldier. History and stuff. The name of the beer (Guinness and Harp) has a dark, dark history.

EDIT. BTW, I have one of those, or a variant. Mine is a SMLE III*, 1917 matching stampings, upper furniture could use a better piece, and still need to give it a thorough cleaning and have the headspace checked before I can use it. For all I know, it was used in the Somme, or North Africa, or god knows where else in the Commonwealth.

To be fair though, tacos would make St Pat's better.

I learned how to make toilet wine in jail too. The trick is to use a well seasoned toilet!
