these are the prices for renting that stuff Rick. mccscp.com has a PDF on everything they got.
I figure it would be nice to have a table for the food and stuff. does someone out there have one they could bring? 2 or so would probably do it for us but if no one can bring one i could rent a couple... I think i'll be renting a canopy if they have one i can reserve.

Can we get a count on canopies and tables? i know a few people said they were bringing a canopy just not sure how many.

Bring a Canopy for the rain

 

I'm bringing my fly rod.

 

Ok. A buddy of mine has one, so, I'll see what I can do. I was thinking of tables too, but I don't know anyone with those folding/collapsible tables.

 

Gotcha I'll add you to the list tonight bro... See ypuvon Saturday. You know what you can bring...those aluminum trays to put all the chow in. That would help out lots dude.

Yeha we need to get a count on who can bring a table and who can bring canopies... i can grab a canopy or 2, but going to have to check the availability tomorrow. tables should not be a problem to grab 2 8 footers at $4 each but would be nice if someone had some already.

Rick, Put me down. I'll be there from 10am-1pm I can bring an assorted fruit platter. I also have a 10'x10' canopy, but like I said I can't be there all day... so perhaps I could depend on you to take custody of it when I leave and I could get it from you on Sunday since we live so close.

My bad dude if you can't stay long then no worries about the canopy...I think well be good or maybe bring it as a back-up and if we use it ill bring it back to ya
