Get the Ray10s. Don't listen to Justin, he buys guns too much instead of making his truck better.

I have my reasons for always keeping a gun on me though.

My dads first pistol was a colt 1911 MKIV 70 series in the nickel. Very good gun but if it was strictly my range gun I would go with a more comfortable glock.

I'm hoping I have all my stuff in and can make it. in my mans cave downstairs I have a special place for my uca's. I'm in the recliner and they're on the couch so I can look at them every so often between looking on here and playing on the ps. plenty of room on that couch for coilovers and rear shocks. Poor add a leaf can sit in the garage.

I'll have to disagree with that. Glock is a battle gun it's meant to be shot an trained with. In my opinion the colt is meant to go shoot occasionally and stay in the safe.

Thats what I was saying...I said the Colt 1911 is a good gun, but if he is going to shoot it at the range often then a glock would be a better choice.

I have my granddads from ww2. never tried to shoot it. actually don't have a magazine. my little brother took it to Marks outdoors? to let them look at it and they said it was in good shape. My granddad never served overseas because his eyesight was really bad so its all original, matching numbers.

Ahh ok, then yeah I agree with you if it's intended purpose is to solely shoot at range often. If not often then I disagree haha

Check the serial number and there's some site you can figure out when it was made. Some of those old 1911's can be worth 3-4 grand
