approach and departure aren't really too much of a concern on yellow jacket. It can be done with a tj on 30's, I've spotted for one before. They're so short you can line yourself up however you need, though it's definitely slower. Saw a Sammy run through there on 31's no problem.

A stock Wrangler has better approach and departure angles than a Taco on 35s with aftermarket bumpers, so.....

13a used to be listed as a black. And it co-mingkes with 16, which is a black. And the parts we went through were definitely hairy. So technically Hunter has done blacks. And did not get hung up.

Very true, but the only thing that matters for our trucks on Yellow Jacket is our shitty breakover and the fact that our front bumpers cover up the front of the wheel other than the wheelbase mentioned prior.
With a shorter wheelbase, you can pick a better line that doesn't require a great approach/departure/breakover angle. Half the trails at Rausch that are hard for Tacomas are difficult simply because it forces us onto a harder line than shorter trucks can take. That's why those little Samurai crawlers are so badass (but the angles DEFINITELY help a ton, not meaning to discount their use).

Blue black means a blue with black lines. I doubt you were doing the black lines, again doesn't count imo. A black is a black. A blue black isn't a black.

IMO trail 13 is a bitch no matter what color you want to designate it. Nearly all the damage I've sustained at Rausch was on some part of that trail. Running 13 unscathed regardless of your vehicle is a successful accomplishment. 13's got it all - I respect the hell out of that trail.
