@Lostsheep any idea if it will interfere with tech deck?
I'd like to be on list also

I don't have a tech deck to test but I do not think they would work together.

Sorry I should have clerified. I'm looking for their product to use in conjunction with your product to mount my iPhone 5s with the least bulky least amount of linkages.
    Thanks

    None.... yet
I think I'd prefer black hardware as well... help it blend in a bit better, but with that being said I'm sure a black paint pen or even a sharpie could change it from silver to black fairly easy.

You really should look at the catalog. If you go to the link he posted. Upper right hand corner select "shop by" then "device" then "phone". Then select "build my phone mount". Everyones needs will be different based on phone cover, positioning etc. With that said this is what I think you're asking for

I used the X-grip, to the mid length arm, to the 1" diameter 1/4-20 threaded ball.

Black is fine or whatever! I could use a sharpie and forget it.

@Lostsheep, may I inquire as to what you do not want Loctite on the back plate? How about blue Loctite? I think that's their "medium" strength ???

I feel like nylocks are better for long term vibration resistance compared to loctite, plus loctite makes a mess

Gotcha! Well bro, you are the machinist and the lead on this project. You probably know better than I if it is possible to fit nylocks in the backplates. How PIA is it to get to the backside of that plastic?

Bed rug, ARE bed top, Weathertechs. Little goodies here and there!
Prefer black however as well, but like everyone else, it's not a deal breaker. I like the one comment, a Sharpie will do just fine as well. :)

I'd prefer black as well. But it doesn't matter to me. The main thing that matters is how strong the mount is going to be and by the looks of it I think I'm going to enjoy it more than the panavise mount I have on their now

    OK.
    I've got every thing ordered;
    1/4 x 20 ball $8
    3.69" clamp $9
X clamp with built in USB to be hardwired. $13

I can wait for your mount until it starts being above 50 degrees !
