    Just make sure you bring duct tape! Never know when you'll need to tape up something.

    try Talladega National forest. 280 east to Sylacauga. find east 3rd street or 148. drive out on 148. there many open gates on 148 for easy forest roads. I assume easy because its the first time I've seen them open but cant be difficult. A little further down on the left is a road with a boat ramp sign. again, easy but fun to explore. about 11ish miles from Sylacauga on the left is the skyway 600-1? top of the hill and fun. I'm a noob as well and was a little scared doing it alone but its not a problem. great scenery.
