    I work with DLNR in a partnership with public schools. They're ticketing more but its for a good cause. That area is very environmentally sensitive and as much as i like offroading it contributes to disturbance especially if going off the designated roads and tracking dirt and mud onto the sand which eventually ends up on the reef and damages coral. So I get the extra enforcement. It sucks that o'ahu doesn't have other areas less sensitive for offroading
