People have been inside to long. Maybe everyone should step away from the keyboard for a minute or 2 and go jump in the snow/mud puddle. Stop taking shit personally, humor doesn't always translate well in text. Stop picking fights. There are plenty of fights to be had in the world at large.

Oh yes. Probably like 300 times. I'm a huge Tarantino fan. It came out a couple years after I graduated high school. It's hard to believe there are people on here that where born after this movie came out.

I think that right there is why the 3rd geners get hit pretty hard. They have issues with their truck like every other generation as they are in the growing phase. It doesn't help that us second geners go in and bash their decision with their vehicle. Its seems a good amount of the time the topic of discussion ends up diverting to the collaboration amongst these two groups battling it over the integrity of purchasing a third gen. I feel bad for the third geners for the fact that its hard for you guys to have an honest conversation in regards to any issue with the truck good or bad without unnecessary intervention from guys mostly from my crowd.

On a side note, Im still a little sad the "king of Bros"-Havvokk has been ousted. From what I understand, the NFL discussion got too much for him...RIP.

Part of issue is people are so soft and whiney these days. People post picture of new wheels and ask for opinions. I tell them it's ugly and looks terrible. The get offended and cry and go running to mommy and daddy to report the post.

So why did you ask for opinions? Gotta have thick skin in life.

That's true, but I think at the same time there is a good difference between a strong critique vs just an offensive remark that sparks further issue. To some degree, this is a forum and constructive criticism should be encouraged on some level to retain some form of legitimacy. Doesn't hurt to add a disclaimer if you think you might come off more offensive than you intend though. Is there a way for these members to ever come back from ban status in time or are they done for the remainder?

Maybe spending my life in the military and fire service has ruined me. If you find that nerve that makes someone stumble, you pile on hardcore with everything and everyone you have until they literally cry

Sweet, so you are saying sometimes there is a chance! Granted I think my buddy Havvokk grenaded himself for all time though.

I don't understand this whole thing where people ask for opinions on colors or styles of wheels a what not. Opinions based on experience with different suspensions I get. (As long as it's REAL experience not your buddies buddy). Buy what you like it your money.

Most of the time people don't want help they want attention. There was a time when you had to know a guy to get answers and help with your rig, now you have tons of information and sometimes people just want to be spoon fed answers without putting any effort in. That accounts for the same topic being asked over and over and over.

Life goes on after TW, but wondering how long-time participating members like Havvokk, Rock Lobster, Beavis, BlueT, etc are handling a lifetime ban? To some, it could be as traumatic as a divorce.
