Back up camera is in French, help.

My 2013 DC has the backup camera in the rear view mirror. At the bottom where it normally says "check surroundings before backing up" it's says it in French. Anyone know how I can change it back to English? I know it's not a big deal, but it's messing with my OCD. I've searched and searched on here as well as google, etc. I can't find any details. Help please.

Is it OEM? Take it to the dealership.

 

check your manual. it should explain how to toggle thru the settings via the power button on the mirror (if it's OEM equip). press and hold it down and you'll be able to access language, colors, Celsius/Fahrenheit, etc.

 

Haha go ahead and learn the language if you love your truck.
As a matter of fact I speak French, if you need translation.
You can simply change it from settings, not a big deal

 

I didn't even know the mirror had a settings menu. I figured it out with some help from google translate.
