NOW IS THE TIME WHEN WE DANCE

Almost. All inspections done, loan formally approved, just some final negotiations to nail down with seller. And then on with selling the current house. And moving and shit.

In other news, my corrected rear Kings came back and appear to be, well, correct. Having to ignore all this awesome shit on my shelves is really getting very old and has a ways to go still. But this interruption is beyond worth it whenever I imagine Bennett growing up and running around under those oaks.

Thanks Chad. This is all really good, awesome stuff. Just getting to the point I can actually enjoy all these things is a marathon. I'm just so unbelievably worn out, it's ridiculous.

It feels like it has been 60. It has only been 15.

I'm already rearranging the garage in my head. I should be focusing on commuting strategies and daycare logistics. No to mention moving, selling, etc. I'm on point for buying for the time being, mommy is on point for planning the move and selling. We meet our likely selling agent today, so that will help me triage what I think we need to do to our place before we list it.

Still really hoping the current sellers use the rent-back option, because it will reduce our pain in several ways, but we also want to have our existing place on the market in the sweet selling spot of late April/May. I hope my biggest issue then will be determining "which of all these multiple offers is the juiciest?"

Put those fuckers on before you move. Throw them in the back, drive to BAMF which is an hour and a half from you and ask J to help. Jesus, you move and those things will be incorrect as soon as you unpack. Trust me.

No slab or joists? What's the floor going to be? Your walls are up but it looks like you're on gravel.
You have the most confusing builds bro.

Heated / polished slab throughout , we pour after roof is framed / weathertight , it's too iiffy weatherwise ( rain & freezing ) this time of year
