Driving to the airport....car goes on the shit again. Radio dies, cluster lights up. I make it into a parking lot, get the car towed and catch uber to make my flight!


God forbid the little things go my way today.

I think they'll clean up just fine with some elbow grease and some time. Hopefully I can find some time over the next few weeks and get them into the body shop for paint.

 

@BudMan It happened...yesterday i came home to a blocked parking lot.

Had a major OH FUCK today. While driving to visit some more family (3hrs drive) my 10yr old decided to take a bite of his chicken he didn't eat a few hours earlier. I suddenly started getting slapped in the back of the head. I turn around and he's choking and can't breath. Pulled over and began the heimlich. After the 3rd attempt he coughed it up.
Scared the fuck out of all of us.

 

Holy crap! Glad he is ok.

A choking kid creates a strange experience. A few times my daughter was choking and did the back pat since she was too little for the heimlich. One moment the world is crumbling around me, and the next minute everything is fine. No hospital visit...just move on with the day.

Wanted to blend all of her meals into a purée after that.
