I wish I had acreage. I want to buy houses in my neighborhood as they go for sale and then slowly take over.

I 100% agree. We went wheeling on Sunday and have done several other weekend road trip adventures. But when we go out on weekdays after work and it's pouring down rain, we're a little more limited.

This year I learned the joys of One Tab. It looks like I have one tab open but I really have 263!

You clearly don't spend enough time here. Get with it.

I tend to do this too. I often refer to the GC as "The Boy," but to be fair, he is a bit younger than me.

There is nothing wrong with this. I do, too.

I don't know. But when you figure it out I need to know. My generation will not be economically viable enough to own homes (at least the vast majority of us) thanks baby boomers.

This is true. Haven't seen a butt pic in a while.....

I think this is every girl's dream: eat as much as they want and not have to wear pants......that and no bra as well.

i had a long term goal of doing this at our last house...then SURPRISE we had to move. a lot of the land in Dallas that's around SMU is owned by a single lady who did this way back before that area was prime real estate. i'd say she has set many generations of her family up financially with what she accomplished.
