i'm in the market for a 2.7 RC and i found one for 9k. It's a stock 08 4x4 RC with trd sports and has 135k miles :(. Or should i just wait for one with less miles?

If it's clean I'd do it!

Bought my 05 4Runner with 114k and haven't had a lick of problems with it. I'd be pretty comfortable buying a Toyota with higher miles as long as it's clean and not beat to shit

Obviously check that frame!!! As long as that looks good then miles, motor, year, options add up to $9k for sure. Is it close by you? If not maybe someone else on TW could go check it out for you.

You could probably do it yourself for under 100 bucks. I painted mine with rattle cans over 2 days.

@BabyTaco probably 300$ but even paying the 650 + 300 for repaint thats still cheaper than buying that new.

Anyone had a leak coming from the third brake light or the rear window that soaks the headliner right above the middle sliding glass. I'm just looking to get pointed in the right direction on what to look for to try to stop the leak.

No but my cowl leaks and comes in behind the glove box, Cabin air filter is soaked. Now when I hit my left turn signal my radio and whole dash blink in sync with the blinker. Also when I press on my brake everything illuminated on the dash dims until I release pressure off my brake

Sounds like your problem is much worse than mine, I'd have a heart attack if I had that bad of a leak. I try my best to take care of my truck but no matter what something always happens.

It's the rear window seal, I think the topper I bought rubbed it and made it leak, any reccomendations on how to seal it up. Anyway I could from the inside? I have the headliner and everything pulled already
