When do the honour and respect show up? Between shitting on third gen owners, people who drive white trucks, publicly longing to assault protestors or murder trespassers, I can honestly say this is the trashiest website I visit with any frequency.

 

My WTF for the day:

Got to work this morning at 7am (I'm a superintendent running large construction projects) and one the security bar that bars the doors to our trailers is ripped off complete with the lag bolts and dropped at random leading away from the door laying on the ground are laptop chargers. Open the door and see the devastation. What was missing? (4) 22' widescreen monitors, (2) double monitor stands, (2) dell laptops, (3) docking stations and the 55" TV that was wall mounted.
What wasnt taken? Dumped on the floor out of a messenger bag I got from a previous company while building CAL Memorial Stadium was a $800 safety harness (they must have used the bag to take the laptops and docking stations), a Dewalt radio and a Makita radio, and a pair of $400 binoculars.

I hate motherfucking thieves!!

On a plus note, I called our HR lady and she called me back in an hour and said to be at the office by noon, I get there and after about 15 minutes of getting my balls broken in a purely sarcastic manner, she goes grab your shit and get back to work. She replaced everything in 5 hours. Back online by 3:30pm.

I work for a pretty awesome company.

How we act in here shouldn't match how we act out there. I really try to not be a dick out on the road because A) I have a dash cam and I'd hate to have to explain to the cops all the OTHER stuff on the memory card, and B) because there's a TacomaWorld sticker on my truck and I'd hate for someone to go "those guys are dicks."

In here? More than happy to sling shit with the best of them as long as I stay on the right side of the CoC.
