    Cool!
Looking for something warm but light. These 2 companies fit the bill and with spring coming you can find them much cheaper right now

I was about to suggest Carhart, but then you said light.

Same thing with my Berne Contractor's coat. Super warm, tons of pockets, but definitely not light.

Meaning you have more experience with Patagonia over Arc'teryx or that you prefer Patagonia over Arc'?

Arc'teryx sounds like the name of a Sangheili warlord

Take a look at steepandcheap.com, right now, there's a Mountain Hardware jacket at 60% off for the next 2 minutes something.

Edit: That's also a good site to keep an eye on when shopping for stuff like this. Their regular retail site is backcountry.com and they have an outlet/bargain storefront as well.

I know, I know, but I needed a half ton.
The coolant was a little low, but it is also red/pink so that's not what's coming out.

Took it to the dealer today (had a service appt anyways) and told them about it.. they had half a dozen vehicles come in with the same symptoms, including two of the service guys in the last week. Their only guess was the pretreatment they used on the road.. they said don't worry about it.

I've seen the same stuff under both my truck and my girlfriend's car lately, and from other vehicles in the past, it's got to be something from the roads.

I noticed a small spot a few weeks back, but I haven't had it happen in the past or on any other vehicle.

    Yeah right over my head
    Arc'teryx Atom AR jacket
    or
    Patagonia Nano air

They both seem to have been cheaper last week for some reason

Exactly, which is sad. 13 years and they haven't improved upon it.

WRX > STi in the newer generation. There is no reason to buy one anymore. The WRX is easily 90% of the car for 10 grand less, MSRP to MSRP. Before it made sense as the cars were futher apart and the 6 speed was a big draw, the better brakes, etc, etc. I never once used my DCCD.

The STi still has the same EJ257 with the same garbage EPA tune. Rod knock, ringlands, etc. They've had 13 years to make a better car, and they honestly haven't. I was at 62,000 with my car, Stage 2 tune, meticulously maintained and I was convinced it was a time bomb, which is why I sold it.

I just went through this exact discussion with a good friend. He's very happy with his new 2017 WRX.

I get that they're cool cars, but at the price point of the STi, there are so many better cars for the money. If you want one, go for it, but if you tinker with it, expect a hassle when it comes to getting anything repaired under warranty when it lets go.
