Hola. I've been registered for a couple of months, but never introduced myself. I just got laid off from my job, so I have a bunch of time now! My name is John and I live in Albuquerque, NM. I WAS a welder/fabricator for the past six years at a local machine shop. I'm currently looking for work, but will be getting back into my mountain bike, reading, and my tacoma....for as long as I can afford it and/or find another job! :D:D:D

yeah go lobos! They're kickin butt in Basketball! Ranked 10th right now!

I haven't made squat for my truck. Honestly by the time I would get home I wouldn't want to touch a welder or think of machining! But, now I want to make some stuff! I made a TON of jeep crap. The late owner of the shop was into jeeps. I made bumpers, installed a roll caged in his wife's rubicon, a pipe bender for the roll cage (pretty neat), and I welded some body armor that he got from poison spider. I was constantly fixing broken stuff for him and his buddies. I don't like jeeps very much, but he paid pretty sweet for me to work on that kind of stuff! And it was fun, I learned a bunch about jeep. I really want to make a sweet bumper set for my truck. I saw some yesterday that I liked, I think they were all-pro or something. Any suggestions as to what people want?
