I'm going to get either the SCS F5 or the Stealth 6 but I can't decide if i want the Gunmetal or the Bronze. I have a 2014 DC in Pyrite. Also I'm really interested in the 17x9 will stick out too far. I can't make up my mind. I need help.

I just installed my 17x8.5 F5s. I really like the gunmetal finish.

Awesome. Looks real good. Have you seen this in the 17x9" I'm curious to see if they stick out too far?

I have my f5's in gun metal waiting to go on. So that's my vote

There any special laws in WV regarding poke? I'm plated there, but don't have to be back to get inspected for a few years.

If they offset is corrected they may not stick out any further than a 17x8.5 wheel such as the example attached

I pulled the trigger last night and ordered the Gunmetal F5's 17x8.5 Such a classic look. Now I have to wait for them to get here. Unfortunately for Vin, I had a few questions and he was very helpful. I was wanting to order the spline lug nuts but he said they were out and gave me a link. @SCSPerformance has been very helpful though this process and quick to respond. Now if Vin would just get into the business of cable tv and internet, then I wouldn't have to deal with my current useless providers.

In case anyone else is still looking, I didn't see anyone post up some bronze SCS wheels. Mine are SR8s but here you go...Tires are being installed as I type. I do think the bronze has to be paired with the right truck color but II like both the bronze and gunmetal as they add some low key sizzle over plain black. Not that there's anything wrong with black, its just that these colors are a bit more unique to see and might make your rig standout more.

Yes and yes. 265/65 17. 1" wider than stock rim. Stock suspension. I'm going to get a better picture when it stops snowing. Right now my truck is 2 toned. Pyrite and salt white. But thanks. I'm glad I went with the F5 gunmetal

the stock tires with a 17 inch rim look nice. the size matches well I thought it was 265/70. lol. Ive been wanting to buy SCS rims for a while now but I'm about to pull the trigger on some F5's!

I wasn't willing to buy tires since I bought new ones at the beginning of winter. I made sure the tires were good with the wheel width. I get very little rubbing occasionally from 1 spot on the mud flap that can be fixed with a heat gun. I'm going to do that soon. I was thinking of going bigger with the tires when I need a new set but I really like the way they look on there. They stick out about 1/4" ish past the fender flare. I'm really glad I made the decision I made.

Dan at Wheeler's said that Gorilla ET lugs are now on national backorder until late April.
