    Also super worried about the angles with this thing. I don't think my truck is lifted enough to be able to run this thing top plate up. I'm going to have to fiddle with spacers and nonsense. That just makes me want to rage already

    Yes it's directional. I think you're over-thinking it tbh. You can always try just a regular carrier bearing first I guess.. See if that eliminates the issue.

    As XPOTRPR said, it's directional. Also, if you search the thread (or I will and will quote it for you) all the info for what you need is there. The IEDLS with the smallest possible spacer will put the driveshaft at wherever it is now - assuming you don't have a CB drop kit or have flipped the CB 180*

    Here he says 1" made the driveshaft contact the subframe, I believe I tried 1.125" or 1.25" at some point and it worked, so either try 1.125" or 1.25" first then go from there.

    But i got mine from another member and i don't see any markings on it.....

    Obviously i have tubing and can make spacers but i really do not want to fuck with it. I may just keep this until i do dakars/ucas/coilovers

    And get a toyota one for the meantime.

    Look at your carrier, the physical attributes. Then look at the pictures in them quotes I pulled for you. Install it exactly like that lol

    What kind of noise are you getting? I have a faint whine that I can't narrow down at exactly 65MPH and nothing else.

    Is it possible that you have a stealth super charger?

    But really, it could be the carrier bearing, maybe a u joint or differential or serpentine belt pulley/tensioner

    LOL I wish..

    I'm thinking either carrier bearing or u-joint but non have play in them and the rubber boot is still in good condition on the carrier bearing. The noise seems to come from the center to rear of the cab, so I doubt a pulley. Maybe diff but it doesn't do it at any other speed. Im lost and half tempted to leave it until something breaks.

    Hmm, maybe try to grease the CB bearing. There was a very tiny slit on mine where you could insert a grease needle adapter. I had to really get myself in an odd position to see the slit and get grease in there, but its worth a shot.

    The slit was facing the front of the truck and on the top side of the driveshaft.

    Turned 60k today.

    If its a pinion bearing i'm going to have an aneurysm and die.

    So lets not even mention that again. Literally just replaced the rear diff fluid a week ago.

    It drives perfectly fine to me. Theres so much other shit creating rattles, clunks, vibes, shutters, etc.. That I can't tell or even begin to diagnose it. Lol
