To be fair, I had one hand on the parking brake T-handle at that point. Everyone thought I broke something, but it was just the E-brake popping off.

Made it up the "easy way" the first time (on the 1st trip), without assistance. I should have just put Pantera on the IPhone, stuck in my earbuds, and went for the mid line.

    TL;Dr: I'm an experienced newb.

Edit: I stalled less than you on 3.73's. Wife burned out the clutch 4 weeks after tho...

    Either way, 6speed FTMFW!

OK, need an electrician. I am in escrow and just a few days until inspection contingencies expire.

New house has a fucking Zinzco panel. 400A.

Appears to be OK with no evidence of malfunction, burns melting, etc. One breaker on top appeared to show evidence of some water drips from above.

Bottom line, need an estimate to replace the panel for the purposes of either negotiation or my own uses in the future.

I have heard ballparks of $3000 and $1800.

    Help.

Ballparks without seeing it and knowing anything are on par. Is the panel recessed? Flush mount? Service in the wall? Underground fed? Overhead? Lots of info lacking but yea typical service changes range in the above figures

Is this flush mount? Definitely embedded in the wall, potentially adding a lot to cost I imagine if it cannot be retrofit in place. Appears to be underground fed. You can see the conduit below, the neighborhood is all underground fed.

Also did you mean 400a or 200a? If 400a you are going to be at the high end of ball parks if not maybe a little more pending conditions
