Can you read this license plate?

 

I used to work at for company that owns Oakley which is Luxottica. I put the lenses in the Oakley frame and a bunch of others. Fact, lenses cost the company $10-$30 to make and charge you $100-$300 depending on if you get AR coating and whatnot.

We used to get non prescription Oakley sunglasses at cost. I paid $25 for gascans and my friend that races motocross, got him some Oakley goggles for $10!

 

And to think, I thought we had something special.

Well I'm officially the only one of my close friends that isn't in a relationship and doesn't already have a kid or has one on the way.
But I'm gonna say that's a good thing.

 

It's tediculous what the markup is on shit.

I got the same glasses I bought last time. I had to wait a month for Oakley to get their fist order of them in and they cost $130 for the frames. By time I got them the sticker on the box said $150. This time they were $252 and on Oakleysi.com they were $200. I used the si site for a pair and it was $180 shipped for them in between without insurance. This time was $201 with insurance for the whole thing.
