Cut the big hole first. Then bring some cardboard and make a pattern off the snorkel itself of the profile with the big hole cut in it. Then install the studs in the snorkel and mark the studs on the cardboard (after the stud holes are cut in the cardboard then trace the profile and cut it out). With the snorkel (without studs) in the hole on the fender trace around it onto the tape on the fender. Place the cardboard template up there, line it up and mark the stud holes. The holes on the big paper don't line up right for studs on the snorkel. Take the 3 bolts out that hold the fender on along the edge on the hood. Open passenger door and you will see a bolt a little ways down from the top of the door holding the fender on. Take it out and then at the top back of the fender wedge the fender out. You can get your whole hand up there to get the nut on the top bolt and will be able to get a rachet wrench in there to tighten it while sitting in the passenger seat.

I hope that makes sense about the snorkel.

You're a dear and I love you. What else do I need to bring? The boys said they have the hole saw. I know there were a few other things you picked up though, right?

I just checked the tracking number. It was supposed to be delivered to my work today. Never showed up. So I went to the post office and raised hell. They totes cannot find it. So I left my info and they're gonna track the damn thing down. So if they find it tomorrow, I can go in and pick it up. If not, they're lost until they find them again. :angrygirl:

This is what I used besides the stuff obvious for something else. Caulking cord and 3m extreme velcro ( Both available at Home Depot) to hold it on the A post. I think I'm going to change it out to some 3m double sided tape though. I'm getting some buzzing around 40 mph from it sometimes. Depends if you're drilling the A post or not to secure it. The velcro seems to hold good when it's warm but the cold seems to make it release some on the sticky side.

I had an issue with the post office once. I used to be a hardcore mountain biker. I ordered 2 new tires that cost me $80. I waited a week for the delivery and finally the tracking said delivered left under steps. I go outside and look to see nothing. I called to see what's up and they told me yeah they were delivered to such and such address. I'm like uhhh that's not my address.
I had to raise all kinds of hell because they went back to that house picked them up and returned to sender.
I ended up getting them overnighted to me the next day. Super annoying
