Got quoted $1,075 for a 3/2 using bilstein coils and shocks and a 2inch block in rear. Opinions/Good deal?

I believe so. Getting the front right under 3inches with a 2inch block in the rear. I was quoted $2k for the toytec boss kit as well but can't fathom spending that much on 3inches of lift.

It's about the ride quality too. I didn't want to to spend it either, 3 suspensions later I am loving my ride now.

I saw you went from spacer to Boss to Icon. I'm 98% pavement driving which is why I felt like $2k for 3inches was overkill. I wish I could find something not too harsh between the spacer and boss that still gave close to 3inches. Do you like the icon that much better than the boss?

I like 2.5 diameter with resi for what I do now. I also wanted rebuildable. At the time I was ready to purchase the BOSS 2.5'S with resi were not quite out yet. So I talked to Toytec and got a great deal on ICONS. Also my rear shocks were a custom build for the length I needed.

I would have bought the BOSS 2.5S in a heartbeat if they were out. The ride quality is great.

Ok, I just got my new 2017 Off Road, I already have a set of 285/75/16 I was planning on install on the 2015 I had.

What lift kit is recommended? I already know I will need wheel spacers. I just do not want to spend a ton of money on it but I want to do it right.

Thinking on OME KIT for 2.5 lift

    Thank you

The OME KIT will work for you. Even with wheel spacers you might be trimming a little plastic to get it all to clear right.

Pretty much what I'm doing with mine also. Just doing 285/70/17 instead.

What's the best way to get 2 inches of lift for our 3rd gens? I'm not looking to change tire size or anything but I want a good quality lift of 2 inches. Not looking for spacers, I would like to keep a nice ride quality close to stock or better if possible. I've heard a lot about bilstein 5100's ome 887's and dakars. Any suggestions?

To those of you who have put the .25" spacer to cure the taco lean. Where exactly does it go? Up front I'm assuming it goes underneath the top hat. And in the back if I'm adding a leaf, does it go between the leafs?

Ive been looking around for a suspension upgrade and Rough Country's lift kits seem pretty reasonably priced. Whats the general consensus on Rough Country?

Rough Country isn't really a suspension upgrade. It is a way to lift your truck affordably using spacers and blocks. If you want an upgrade you will need to spend some money on quality suspension products.
