    The dealership I posted is kind of local to me, they even charge a fee to pick up parts there which is ridiculous, it is only a couple buck cheaper than shipping.

    Mine is usually prettt good and they can get things to me in a day or two but again, mark up is more than just ordering online and paying to ship 8/10 times

    Interestingly enough, I could not find the newer blower motor on Rock Auto's website. The 2 models listed are for the entire year range of 2005-2015. My $40 FOUR SEASONS #75846 blower motor is just now starting to squeak. I'll probably get under the dash and mess with the tension screws to see if I can prolong my next re-order, but it's safe to say that I will be purchasing another cheap replacement in the immediate future.

    Loud as hell URD exhaust!
    Going on 4 years now of chirp free use. Using the Tri-flow and shaving the brushes worked for me.

    Stock for now
    Just put a new one in today from Oreilly. It came with a lifetime warranty, cost was about $70 with tax. It is noticeably louder which is a bummer but it's a subtle white noise and at least it's not chirping.

    Can anyone tell me how to get the fan (shroud?) off of the spindle on the motor? I had mine apart except for that, cleaned and lubed and it’s wayyyyy Better now.

    All I did was put a drop of air tool oil on the bearing/shaft, spun it a few times by hand and reinstalled it. It quiet at both low speed settings now

    I’ll update this if it comes back

    Bought a new one but it was worst than the oem one so they are sending me a new one. Hopefully this one is quiet. If not im just forking out the money for an oem one.

    Just had to fix mine last weekend. Put a bevel on the edge of the brushes. Put a little grease on the shafts and sprayed some lube in around the bushings. Quiet as ever now. I've probably ran it a total of 4 hours since fixing. Ill see how long it holds up. I think the bevel on the brushes helped the most. Mine actually looked a little beat.

    Just went and forked out 160 at the dealership to get a new blower motor... and it was so worth it. I have a 2005 Tacoma and it had a terrible squeak so I bought one of those cheap 40 dollar ones on Amazon. You get what you pay for. It worked fine but it was so much louder than the squeaking original one. The company sent me a another one free of charge and same sound. So I thought it was maybe something else inside it, I took everything apart and there was nothing in there. I said screw it and went and bought the oem one from Toyota. It is silent. Don't waste your time and money on the cheap ones just go buy an oem one the dealership had it in stock and 5 min later I had a silent motor. Also I would not trust all these websites saying they have the oem one because that's what mine said too. This was my 2 cents on the topic. I did take my original one apart and it was beat up and had so much dirt in it that's why I had just bought a new one.

    The blower stopped working so after further inspection the plastic connector melted and the wires are bare. Apparently the connection got to hot. Does anyone know about a replacement part and #?
