Wow.... simple answer to the thread title is a 3 step approach ;)
    1. Who gives a fawk?
    2. If she doesn't like it tell her to gtfo.
    3. If she doesn't like that see 1.

Tell her she doesn't have to go and threaten to leave her at home and see how she likes that.

Mine is a truck kind-a gal, but she hates the Tacoma - her complaint is that the seat is too low and all around not comfortable for long rides.

Mine knows better than that. Don't complain to me because I don't care. And don't ask to drive because you don't know how to drive stick.

So u don't give a shit about your wife's comfort over a 8 hr trip? Do u like to hear bitching? Some folks are into that.
Why would anyone who can't drive stick ask to drive your manual truck?

And you are telling me you will go in there right now and tell your wife of 41 years that if she does not like something she can pretty much suck it up or go to hell. If so, U got it pretty good it that dictatorship. If I did that, my southern belle wife would literally beat my ass.

My wife commented that it's small. She's 5 foot 1 but the Acura MDX she drives is in fact roomier in front and back but still. :angrygirl:

My wife doesnt care, half the time we take trips it requires the truck to haul whatever to wherever, if its just al ong drive to somewhere and not requiring bikes or dogs or stuff, then her a4 is what we take.better on gas, way more engaging to drive, it's quattro and has way more options.

All that matters is that I drive, shes 5'.5" tall and is a pedal pumper.
